This morning, after reaching a four-week high of $20.33 per ounce, London silver sank to $20.23. That is an increase of $0.08, or 0.39 percent, from the previous session.

Three-month silver on New York’s COMEX is sitting at $20.23 as well, a change of $0.01, or 0.07 percent, from the market’s last close.

Like gold, silver was spurred upward by discouraging economic data from China, which, according to Reuters, is causing investors to pin their hopes on precious metals rather than stocks.
