Silver Rises to $19.15 an Ounce

Today, silver rose 0.7 percent, or $0.13, to $19.15 an ounce, according to Reuters.

European stocks were stagnant and US equities edged lower, lending appeal to precious metals. However, their gains were capped by the dollar’s rise against a basket of other currencies, as per NASDAQ.
