Sandstorm Resources Announces Cdn$38 Million Bought Deal Financing

(CVE:SSL) announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters pursuant to which they have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 52,055,000 units at a price of Cdn$0.73 per unit for gross proceeds to the Corporation of approximately Cdn$38 million.
