Parlane Signs LOI Covering Silver Projects

Parlane Resource Corp. (TSXV:PPP) announced it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the outstanding and issued shares of Santacruz Mining.

The press release is quoted as saying:

On a non-exclusive basis, Parlane will have a 90-day period during which it can conduct due diligence on Santacruz and review the geological and other technical information available with respect to the Properties.
