As quoted in the press release:
The first tranche of the Private Placement raised gross proceeds of $318,850 through the issue of 5,314,166 units of the Company ,each Share Unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant at a purchase price of $0.06 per Share Unit. Each Warrant is exercisable into Shares at a price of $0.10 per Share, expiring in five (5) years from the date of issue.
