NQ Exploration Announces the Closing of a $100,000 Private Placement

NQ Exploration Inc.(TSXV:NQE) announced the closing of a $100,000 non-brokered private placement.

As quoted in the press release:

1,538,462 common share units priced at $0.065 per unit for gross proceeds of $100,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one half warrant entitling its holder to purchase one common share of the Company for $0.10 for a period of 24 months.
