Huldra Silver Inc. (TSXV:HDA) announced it has finished its complete acquisition of Craigmont Holdings.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Craigmont holds real property, mineral claims and mineral leases, covering approximately 8,400 hectares, located in south central British Columbia, approximately 10 kilometers west of Merritt.
