Golden Arrow Announces $227,500 Non-brokered Private Placement

Golden Arrow Resources Corp. (TSXV:GRG) announced a non-brokered private placement financing of 455,000 company shares priced at $0.50 each. The company hopes to raise gross proceeds of $227,500.
As quoted in the press release:

This financing is subject to regulatory approval and securities to be issued pursuant to the financing are subject to a four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws. The proceeds of this financing will be used for general working capital.
