El Tigre Silver Corp. (TSXV:ELS) announced the closing of the second tranche of a private placement for gross proceeds of $2,227,000. The Company will use the proceeds to continue exploration at its El Tigre property.
As quoted in the press release:
The second tranche of the Private Placement closed on November 15, 2012 for 5,000,000 Units for gross proceeds of $1,250,000. On October 19, 2012, the Company announced that it had closed the first tranche of the Private Placement of 3,908,000 Units for aggregate gross proceeds of $977,000. The aggregate gross proceeds for both tranches of the Private Placement totals $2,227,000.
