The press release is quoted as saying:
In connection with the Acquisition, the Company and Dia Bras Perú also entered into a credit agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) with Banco de Credito del Perú (“BCP”) pursuant to which BCP has provided to Dia Bras Perú a US$150 million credit facility (the “BCP Facility”) for the purpose of funding a portion of the Acquisition purchase price.
