Aben Resources Ltd. (TSXV:ABN,FWB:E2L) announced the issuance of 250,000 common shares as part of its acquisition of the Rusty Springs Silver Project.
As quoted in the press release:
The common shares issued are subject to a four month hold period under applicable securities laws, and imposed by the TSX Venture Exchange, expiring April 16, 2012.
