Anooraq, Anglo American Agree to Restructure, Refinance Bokoni Group

Anooraq Resources Corporation (TSXV:ARQ,NYSE:ANO,JSE:ARQ) and Anglo American Platinum Limited (LSE:AAL) announced they will restructure and refinance the Bokoni platinum group projects.

As quoted in the press release:

The Parties agree to a new strategic plan for the Bokoni group resulting in the disposal of undeveloped platinum group metals (PGM¹) ounces to Amplats, recapitalization and refinancing of Anooraq and the Bokoni group, together with accelerated production growth at Bokoni Platinum Mine.
