Komet Resources Closes $802,870 Second Tranche of Financing

Komet Resources Inc. (TSXV:KMT) announced it has closed the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement with accredited investors by issuing 2,432,940 units at a price of 33 cents per unit, for total gross proceeds to Komet of $802,870.
Komet will use the private placement proceeds to finance the acquisition of production main equipment and exploration work on its properties.
