White Gold Corp. reports it has issued a notice demanding that Caerus Resource Corp (TSXV:CA) to terminate Caerus’ alleged interest in the Buritica gold property, Colombia.
White Gold claims that any steps towards acquisition of Buritica violate White Gold’s rights and interests. In 2009, White Gold shared certain confidential information concerning Buritica with Caerus during the period the parties were acting under agreements to amalgamate.
