Western Copper and Gold Corporation (TSX:WRN,NYSEMKT:WRN) reported that all matters submitted to the shareholders for approval were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Annual General Meeting. Dale Corman, Robert Byford, Robert Gayton, David Williams and Klaus Zeitler were elected as Directors.
As quoted in the press release:
A total of 32,065,057 common shares (representing 34.08% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares as at the record date for the meeting) were represented at the AGM. All of the matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the Company’s notice of meeting and information circular, both dated May 13, 2014, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the AGM.
