Victoria Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:VIT) announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters, led by GMP Securities L.P. and including Cormark Securities Inc., Wellington West Capital Markets Inc., NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc.
