The press release is quoted as saying:
Northern Gold has released assay results for the first three holes of the current 10-hole program of approximately 2,400 meters (“m”). Northern Gold is the project operator and has an option agreement where it must spend $4 million on exploration and make $1 million in option payments to ValGold over the 4 year period to 2013 to earn a 50% interest in the Garrison project.
