TomaGold Closes Non-Brokered Private Placement

TomaGold Corp. (TSXV:LOT) closed a non-brokered private placement of $170,000 for 1,700,000 common shares.

As quoted in the press release:

The Company has issued 1,700,000 common shares priced at $0.10 per share and 1,700,000 warrants. Each warrant entitles its holder to purchase one common share of the Company at $0.12 within a one-year period.
