Teryl Resources Corp. Signs Mine Operating Agreement with Minewest Silver & Gold Inc.

Gold InvestingTeryl Resources Corp.(TSXV:TRC) announced that it has signed an agreement with Minewest Silver & Gold Inc. The Company signed the exploration, development and mine operating agreement for its Silverknife project. The financing from this agreement will provide the Company with funding for a 2012 exploration program.

The Company signed the exploration, development and mine operating agreement for its Silverknife project. The financing from this agreement will provide the Company with funding for a 2012 exploration program.
As quoted in the press release:
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company and Minewest will form a joint venture (the “Joint Venture”) for the exploration and development of the Silveknife property located in North Central British Columbia (the “Property”). The Property is held by Minewest as to a 70% interest and by the Company as to a 30% interest. The Company also holds a 10% net profits interest in the Property.
