Strongbow Exploration Inc. (CVE:SBW) reports that exploration drilling is underway at its Parker gold mine property, North Carolina.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Gold mineralization within the property is hosted within a series of northeast and northwest striking quartz veins. Historic production, estimated at approximately 10,000 ounces gold, consisted primarily of hydraulic mining of saprolitic overburden surrounding these veins, as well as a limited amount of underground tunnelling.
