Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (TSXV:SSV,FWB:SEG) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 16,666,666 units, at a price of $0.03 per unit, to raise up to $500,000.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share for a period of three years at an exercise price of $0.05 per share.
