Shoreham Resources Ltd. (CVE:SMH) reports it will change its name to Guyana Frontier Mining Corp. with effect on the following close of trading on January 28, 2011.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Shoreham also announces that effective January 31, 2011 it will move its head office location from Langley, B.C., Canada, to Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
