Shoreham Resources Ltd. (CVE:SMH) reports that it has entered into a definitive option agreement dated August 1, 2010 with regards to Otomung gold property, Guyana.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The Property consists of two Prospecting Licenses – Large Scale, which cover an area of 25,599 acres. The Property has not been subjected to systematic exploration work but covers an attractive combination of geological metallogenic features. During the period between 1994 and 1996, the northern end of the Property was covered by a reconnaissance geochemical survey by Golden Star Resources Ltd. with some anomalous results.
