Roxgold Inc. (TSXV:ROG) issued a statement on actions by a dissident shareholder, Mr. Oliver Lennox-King, intending to nominate a new slate of directors three days prior to the regularly scheduled annual general meeting and only one day before the deadline for submitting proxies.
As quoted in the press release:
In due course, a comprehensive management information circular will be presented for the benefit of all shareholders.
