Rocmec Mining Inc. (TSXV:RMI) announced the third default status report in accordance with Policy Statement 12-203 respecting Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults. On January 24 and 30, 2013, the Company announced that the 2012 Annual Financial Documents would not be completed and filed by January 28, 2013. The Company expects the 2012 Annual Financial Documents to be filed on March 11, 2013.
