Resource Investing News Rocmec Mining Inc. (TSXV:RMI) announces new name and ticker symbol to Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. and the new ticker symbol will be “NIP” – on or about the opening of trading, April 16th, 2104.
As quoted in the press release:
The resolution authorizing the directors to change the name of the company for Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. received the support of 96.92% of the shares voted at the Annual and Special Shareholders Meeting, held on December 18th, 2013.
