The press release is quoted as saying:
The term of the agreement is 24 months, renewable thereafter on a month-to-month basis until terminated with 30 days notice at any time after an initial 3-month period. Under the terms of the agreement, B&D will receive $5,000 per month and a two-year stock option to purchase 300,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.68 per share in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange guidelines and the Company’s stock option plan (the “Plan”).
