R.S. Angus Acquires 500,000 Common Shares for San Marco Resources Inc.
San Marco Resources Inc.(TSXV:SMN) announced the acquisition of 500,000 warrants to purchase 500,000 common shares of the Company. R.S. Angus now has ownership of 2,601,000 common shares.
