Probe Mines Ltd. (TSXV:PRB) announced that its shareholders have approved its plan of arrangement with Goldcorp Inc. (TSX:G,NYSE:GG). The plan of arrangement will see Goldcorp acquire Probe.
As quoted in the press release:
The Arrangement was approved by Probe shareholders holding approximately 97.6% of the common shares voted at the shareholders’ meeting. Details of the voting results will be filed on SEDAR.
