Planet Mining Exploration Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Planet Mining Exploration Inc. (TSXV:PXI) intends to complete a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 7 million units at $0.15 per unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant.  Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share for $0.25  per share for a one year period.
