Pilot Gold Inc. (TSX:PLG) announced a determination of the fair value of one share of the company’s stock at $2.76.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Under the Plan of Arrangement, each common share of Fronteer Gold (“Fronteer Common Share”) was exchanged for one Class A Share of Fronteer Gold and one Pilot Gold common share on April 6, 2011.
