Orsa Ventures Corp. (TSXV:ORN) announced that it received positive results from its Coal Canyon trenching and sampling program. The Company also announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Orsa Minerals Corp. entered into a lease agreement with New Nevada Resources and New Nevada Lands.

As quoted in the press release:
The Agreement provides for ORSA MC to hold an undivided 85% working interest and NNR an undivided 15% working interest in the two sections which comprise 1260 acres. Each party is entitled to a share of production of minerals from the leased area in proportion to the percentage interests that party holds.
