Oremex Gold to Raise Up to $5 Million

Oremex Resources Inc. (TSXV:ORM,OTC:ORXRF,FRA:OSI) announced its intention to complete a non-brokered private placement.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Oremex Gold intends to issue up to 20,000,000 subscription receipts (the “Subscription Receipts”) at a price of $0.25 per Subscription Receipt to investors for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000.
