Northrock Resources Inc. (TSXV:NRK) announced it has agreed to acquire Appleton’s option agreement with Delta Resources.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Pursuant to the Delta Option Agreement, the option holder has the right to earn a 100% interest in the Manalo gold project, located in the Republic of Mali, Africa, subject to the retention of a 2% net smelter return (“NSR”) royalty by Delta.
