Northern Lion Gold Corp.: Diamond Drill Program Commences in the Republic of Cyprus

Northern Lion Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NL)(FRANKFURT:N3E) announced the commencement of the Phase I drill program and provides an update on the Company’s exploration projects in Cyprus.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Hy-Tech Drilling Ltd. has shipped a Tech 5000 rig to the island and drilling commenced on June 5, 2010. Drill targets have been selected on the Red Hill, Red Rock, Pitha and Philani projects based on the Companys’ grid based mapping, soil and rock sampling programs in conjunction with historical data.
