As quoted in the press release:
The proposed transaction remains subject to, among other things, North Springs and DNP entering into a definitive agreement and completion of satisfactory due diligence by both parties.
North Springs’ President, Harry Lappa said:
This is a gold project with huge potential! If we complete our acquisition of the property, we will be aggressive in moving forward with its development.
