Nortec Minerals Agrees to Amend Option and Joint Venture Agreement with Finore Mining Inc.

 Nortec Minerals Corp. (TSXV:NVT) announced an amendment to their agreement with Finore Mining Inc. Finore will acquire full ownership of the Läntinen Koillismaa Project.

As quoted in the press release:

Finore will issue such number of additional common shares to Nortec as is equal to 30% of the outstanding common shares of Finore after completion of Finore’s Private Placement. Nortec intends to subscribe for a minimum of $300,000 of common shares under Finore’s private placement.
