Niogold Mining Corporation.(TSXV:NOX) announced entering into an Investor Relations and Corporate Development agreement with Skanderbeg Capital Partners Inc.
As quoted in the press release:
The agreement is for one year at $7,000 per month plus 300,000 options at $0.40 for a period of two years until July 11, 2014. The options will be vested over 12 months in increments of 25% every three months in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
