Mountain Lake Minerals Inc. (CNSX:MLK ) announce the appointment of Paul Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Lake, to the Company’s Board of Directors. The Company also announced the resignations of William Rogers as a Director of the Company and Ms. Teri Anderson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Paul brings a unique skill set to the Company that stems from both private and public sector experience. He is a professional geologist, with a BSc in geology and a MSc in structural geology from Acadia University. Paul spent over 30 years with the Nova Scotia Department of Natural Resources as a Senior Research Geologist for the Mineral Resources Section and finally as Liaison Geologist for the Mineral Resources Branch.
In addition, the Company announces the resignations of William Rogers as a Director of the Company and Ms. Teri Anderson as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Both Bill and Teri are leaving the Company to focus on their other business activities. The Board of Directors thanks them both for their contribution to the Company and wishes them success in the future endeavours.
