Mines Management, Inc.(TSX:MGT) announced the passing of James H.Moore who served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since 2004. Mr.Moore passed away on Monday, March 18th, 2013. The Company’s controller, Ms.Nicole Altenburg will serve as interim CFO.

Jim served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2004, and served on the boards of a number
of other publicly traded companies.
Mines Management, President and CEO, Glenn Dobbs, commented:
We are heartbroken that Jim has left us. For nearly a decade,since joining our team he has been instrumental in overseeing the financial development of the Company, and has been a great counselor and friend. Jim was a man of knowledge and great integrity, and he will be sorely missed. Our hearts and prayers go out to his family at this difficult time.
