Manson Creek Earns Option on Up Town Gold Project

Manson Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV:MCK) announced its acquisition of the Northwest Territories-based Up Town Gold Project.

As quoted in the press release:

Manson Creek may acquire a 100% interest in the Up Town Gold property over a four-year period by expending $500,000 in exploration and making staged cash payments and common share issuances totaling $300,000 and 400,000 common shares of the Company respectively.
