Lake Shore Gold to Acquire 19.99% of Golden Share

Golden Share Mining Corporation (TSXV:GSH) announced that it will acquire Lake Shore Gold’s Band Ore property in Ontario.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Lake Shore Gold’s Band Ore property is immediately adjacent to Golden Share’s recently optioned Conacher property and hosts the Band Ore deposit.
