Klondex Mines Ltd. (TSX:KDX,OTCQX:KLNDF) announced results of its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 17, 2014, where election of all management nominees to the Board of Directors and appointment of auditors were approved and authorized.
As quoted in the press release:
All matters presented for approval at the Meeting were duly authorized and approved, as follows:
election of all management nominees to the board of directors of the Company; and,
appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year and authorization of the directors to fix their remuneration.
