Judicial Review Application for Rubicon’s Phoenix Gold Project Dismissed

Rubicon Minerals Corp. (TSX:RMX,NYSEMKT,RBY) announced that the Ontario Divisional Court has dismissed an application for judicial review regarding the company’s production closure plan for its Phoenix gold project.

The application was previously filed by the Wabauskang First Nation.

As quoted in the press release:

Construction of the Project has been unaffected. The Project remains on schedule for projected production in mid-2015.

While the Company welcomes the decision, Rubicon wishes to focus its efforts on continuing constructive discussions with WFN to reach a collaborative benefits agreement.
