Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. (TSX:ICI) has applied to extend the original two year term of the warrants for an additional three month period to now expire January 26, 2012.
As quoted in the press release:
Inter-Citic Minerals Inc. (TSX:ICI) President and CEO Mr. James Moore reports that the Company has made application to Toronto Stock Exchange to extend the original term of 3,333,000 full share warrants previously issued in connection with a private placement announced in a press release dated October 26, 2009.
