Homestake Resource Corporation (TSXV:HSR,FWB:B6IH) acquired 550,000 common shares of Bravada Gold Corporation on September 26, 2012.

Homestake now owns and controls 11,697,687 common shares of Bravada representing 10.19% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Bravada.
