High Desert Gold Reports Drilling Results at San Antonio Gold Project
High Desert Gold Corporation (CVE:HDG,PINK:HDGCF) reports drilling results from its gold-silver San Antonio project in Sonora State, Mexico.
The press release is quoted as saying:
This mineralization is very consistent with the average grade obtained from the un-leached pile of mineralization that had been excavated from the cut (previously reported, HDG PR11-03, February 10, 2011) which averaged 3.1 g/t gold. The mineralization is hosted within a carbonate rich, heavily pyritized, partially silicified sandstone.
High Desertās President and CEO, Ralph Fitch says:
āThis intercept significantly helps us in understanding the distribution of the higher grade mineralization at San Antonio, and with gold selling at over US$40 a gram, a 3 g/t gold intercept becomes a very interesting target.ā
