Hawthorne Gold: Non-Brokered Special Warrant Offering Update

Hawthorne Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:HGC) reported that the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally approved the non-brokered special warrant offering announced in the Company’s news release of February 4, 2010.
