Goldgroup Mining Inc. (TSX:GGA) announced that the lawsuit filed by DynaResource, Inc. and DynaResource de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is entirely without merit. Goldgroup intends to challenge the lawsuit pursue all of its legal rights and remedies.
