Goldgroup Mining Completes Acquisition of 5 Million Units of Oroco Resource Shares

Goldgroup Mining Inc. (TSX:GGA,OTC:GGAZF) announced the completion of the purchase of 5 million units in Oroco Resource Corp. at a price of CDN$0.20 per unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each unit was purchased at a price of CDN$0.20 and is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable for two years at a price of CDN$0.25.
